0-to-1 PropTech product leadership connecting verified identity, location, physical access, and operational adoption.

Historical product context: identity and access workflows delivered through customer-facing tools and connected hardware.
A showing or access event depends on several questions agreeing: who the visitor is, whether they are authorized, where they are, and what must be documented. Agents, brokers, administrators, and customers still need a simple way to complete the task.
My role was to translate that complexity into product strategy, workflow architecture, requirements, acceptance criteria, release priorities, and implementation plans in partnership with the CTO and engineering teams.
Customer discovery, workflow architecture, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap priorities.
Verification workflows with approval, denial, manual review, secondary biometrics, and auditable records.
API and workflow integrations spanning locks, cameras, geofencing, showing coordination, and operational tools.
Translated agency-agreement requirements into an e-signature workflow, coordinated counsel review, and retained an auditable record.
Turned stakeholder interviews, pilot feedback, support issues, and engineering dependencies into delivery decisions.
Implemented a Zendesk support bot and interactive knowledge base to help users resolve problems independently.
Completed identity verifications across the platform.
After reworking the SDK-based identity implementation into an API workflow.
Improved from as much as 4.5 minutes.
Within 30 days of the AI-enabled support and knowledge-base rollout.
