I work at the intersection of product leadership, innovation, workflow architecture, and AI-assisted systems. My strength is translating messy real-world workflows into practical products, requirements, automations, decisioning logic, and implementation plans that teams can actually use.
Domain experience.
Product perspective.
My real estate background is unusually broad. I’ve worked across 800+ closed transactions, mortgage lending and loan processing, title, valuation, 500+ property inspections, leasing, property management, compliance, and investor workflows. I also serve as a Pennsylvania broker of record. That gives me field-level context for how these workflows actually operate—and deeper insight into the problems PropTech and real-estate software teams are often trying to understand from the outside.
That experience informs how I build: I understand the work behind the workflow, translate operator and customer feedback into requirements, and help teams move from ambiguity to execution.
